For Sale - Mick & Dan's Personal Gear
The GAS is real. And the desire to acquire never abates. Which also means that some things have to go from time time. It's hard letting go of personal gear, but it's even harder watching great things sit there, not being played.
So this is where we will share some of our personally-owned gear that needs to find a new home.

Things you need to know.....
-
All gear featured here is second-hand and available to buy, NOT trade.
-
The price is the price, we won't enter into haggling.
-
All gear is sold 'as described' and cannot be returned.
-
If any gear is not 'as-described' or arrives damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide full details and photos - then we can work with you on a resolution and return of the item etc.
-
All payments must be in GBP - we'll provide details of how to do this.
-
All shipping to be paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
-
Some gear is only available for pick-up due to its size/weight - this will be specified on each item. Apologies to everyone outside the UK who won't be able to make this work, but we just can't ship some stuff internationally.
-
International buyers (outside the UK), please be aware that you may have additional import VAT / duty / clearance fees to pay at your border.
-
Mick says "I’m operating a first come first served basis. Just drop an email using the Contact button saying you’d like to buy it, and I’ll reply with the relevant info. Once all that’s agreed, you can pay me by bank transfer. Any hanging about, I’ll go to the next person who’s emailed".
-
Please DO NOT email about other stuff like wanting gear advice, show ideas, etc. etc. We will not answer any email other than those specifically about the gear for sale.

MICK'S PERSONAL GEAR
Analog Man ARDX20 Dual Analog Delay & Amazeo Controller
£475 (+ shipping)
These are crayyzzeeee rare now.
Absolute rocking-horse do-do, and as a result they’re for sale as a pair and I won’t split.
If you know, then you know that this pairing begins with two sides of absolutely top-drawer analogue delay.
Adding the Amazeo controller (via a TRS cable that I will include) gives you access to tap tempo and and proper modulation via CV control. I think it even does presets.
It’s a classic for very good reason and a very strong contender for both Dan’s and my favourite analogue delay ever.
I’m moving it on because I’ve got more into tapes, drums and old-school digital delays. But if analogue is your thing, this is IT!
Includes original boxes and documentation.
Analog Man Mini Beano Boost
£250 (+ shipping)
I’m just not a treble booster guy. Unlike Dan.
But if you are, this is as close to the top of the tree as anything.
A classic Rangemaster circuit in a teeny-tiny box with those three oh-so useful settings for bottom end response.
As you know, we put Mike Piera/Analogman as the absolute gold standard for build and tone.
And if you never tried one of these into a moderately cranked amp, you simply have not lived!
Would be great to keep it for posterity, but room must be made and funds must be raised!
Includes original box and documentation.
Keeley-Modded Ibanez TS808 Tube Screamer - Mod+ Version
£225 (+ shipping)
Yes, described many many times as my favourite Tube Screamer.
The Keeley Mod+, back from when Robert was in the mod game!
This is the non-true bypass version and is super rare these days, though they come up from time to time.
I bought this one in the early/mid 2000s and it’s been on and off my board ever since.
Featured extensively on the show so it’s a bit of TPS history too.
I’ll include the little power adapter thing that goes from the usual barrel-style to a mini jack.
As you can see in the pics, it has the bottom rubbers removed to make sure it sticks to my pedalboard using Dual Lock. I’ll include the rubbers so you can stick them back on if you prefer it that way.
Includes original box and documentation.
Keeley-Modded Ibanez TS808 Tube Screamer - Mod+ With True Bypass Version
£200 (+ shipping)
Pretty much the same as the Mod+ one also for sale here, but with true bypass. I bought the non-TB one first and was so intrigued, I picked up the TB one as well!
Getting rarer and rarer all the time - basically everything a classic 808 does, but with the Mod+ tweaks for versatility AND true bypass switching.
I’ll include a little power adapter thing that goes from the usual barrel-style to a mini jack.
Includes original box and documentation.
Van Weelden Royal Overdrive
£800 (+ shipping)
Yeah it’s expensive, but that’s because they’re soooo rare now, nobody has one for sale. I’ve seem ’em go for more than this, but this feels about right.
I fell in love with the Royal OD’s stab at the elusive D-sound back when it came out and we demoed them on the Andertons channel.
It’s been featured on That Pedal Show many times so you know how unbelievable it can sound.
Sad to see it go, but funds must be raised for other things!
Includes original box and documentation.
Vemuram Butter Machine Michael Landau Distortion
£325 (+ shipping)
Fans of the show will know that I’m a MASSIVE fan of Michael Landau.
I bought this when it came out and we did the show comparing this with a couple of SD9s and the Scott Henderson version from TWA / Mr Tamura.
As much as I love Landau and his sound and playing, I’ve never really gelled with it and my playing. Hahaha!
Includes original box and documentation.
Neo Instruments Mini Vent II Rotary Speaker Simulator
£225 (+ shipping)
My fave digital rotary pedal and I’ve used it for years. It’s been on the show a few times and still functions exactly as it should.
Keyboard/organ players love this thing as much - maybe more - than guitar players, especially in stereo.
There is actually a lot of tweakability in the sound despite with wonderfully sparse top panel.
Regular viewers will know I’ve jumped ship to the HK Rotosphere for the occasions I use rotary, though even I’m starting to think it’s more hassle than it’s worth. Ha!
Anyway, it’ll be good to see this go to a new home and get wobbled more than it is now.
Includes original box and documentation. 12V DC centre-positive supply included. DO NOT RUN THIS ON A NORMAL CENTRE-NEGATIVE SUPPLY!
