In this video we take a toneful stroll around the venerable Orange Tiny Terror. It’s the backbone of the whole lunchbox amp phenomenon and although now discontinued, there are still thousands of them out there making joyous noises.
We get asked all the time about drive pedals for gained amps, and the TT is a great example of the breed so we address that question, before listening to some delay and reverb into the bargain. There are some great tips on how to best use your pedals today!
To end the video we hook the TT up to a 50-watt valve power section with its own effects loop – the Fryette Power Station – to see what advantages that may hold. There are some killer sounds today that form an all-round reminder of why so many people love their Tiny Terrors.
